Licensed Behavior Specialist
Develops and implements behavior support plans for persons receiving therapeutic consultation services as well as 1:1 crisis supervision and intervention. Behavior Specialist is also responsible for completing required documentation for crisis stabilization services.
Weekend Assistant Supervisor
Provides supervisory oversite and direct care to individuals during weekend hours Friday-Monday.
Roving Operations Manager
Supports and coordinating activities of the individuals living in the assigned home including teaching independent living skills, supporting the health and safety of each individual, and creating opportunities for individuals to broaden their horizons and participate in their communities.
Crisis Support Associate
Provides 1:1 supervision for individuals experiencing a psychiatric or behavioral crisis.
Assistant Director
Provides administrative oversight to the residential programs, writes and develops individualized program plans and ensures the case management functions are coordinated and completed.
Community Support Specialist and Lead Artisan
Provides site and community based support to individuals in day program setting.
Direct Support Professionals
Supports and coordinates activities of the individuals including teaching independent living skills, supporting the health and safety of each individual, and creating opportunities for individuals to broaden their horizons and participate in their communities. Evenings, overnights, and weekend shifts available.
